Returns and Exchanges Policy

We are pleased to offer our customers the option to return items at no additional cost for a full refund. You can return an item within 14 working days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. For pre-order items, the return period is 14 working days from the day your order was received. All returned items must be unworn, in resellable condition, with tags still attached and in the original packaging. If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to return the item to the customer.

Returns are not free, and we don't cover the return shipping costs. Please note,  that we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit, so we recommend sending returns via tracked delivery to ensure safety.

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund. This can take up to 14 working days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is complete. The refund processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

Items returned for exchange will be resent free of charge.

Please keep your shipping receipt safe, as the responsibility for the return is yours until it reaches us.
